The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

The following disputes are not subject to informal negotiations or binding arbitration:

• Disputes regarding intellectual property rights.
• Disputes related to theft, piracy, privacy violations, or unauthorized use.
• Claims for injunctive relief.

12. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies in the Services without prior notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
